Poetry, notes, and marginalia by William Michaelian
dark tide—a mind takes flight
no place to land
Fly for a while, what else you got to loose flying except your tided darkness?I honestly am not on any drugs, just have high fever, and flying was my biggest, most beautiful dream of all! Aleksandra
Good idea, Aleksandra — I like your advice, “fly for a while.”
I know there are birds in this one William, but I see ships as well, ships and waves and the ocean's swell.
Wonderful! I do too — now.
Lieber William, diese Gedanken-Vögel, sie finden in deinem Kopf immer einen Eingang und einen Ausgang - sie fliegen nicht, sie ziehen dahin...ob Vögel im Kopf oder Schmetterlinge im Bauch, es ist die Liebe fürs Detail...lächel...herzlichst, RachelDear WilliamThese thoughts birds found a receipt in your head and not fly an outlet, dragging then...whether the header birds or butterflies in the belly is love for detail... lächel...sincerely, Rachel
Thank you, Rachel. I’m just glad the butterflies are in our stomachs, because the birds would never fit!
