Rime

Shipwrecks, storms. Unexplained lights.
Hideous depths. Lost treasure. People waving
from wild, imagined shores. This friendly
albatross gazing at my neck.

A nice tribute to Coleridge, William.

And an interesting look into a poet's day.

Day, life — even his mirror.

Love the Ancient Mariner, especially as illustrated by Doré.

The Gustave Doré illustrations to "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" are awesome!

Thanks for the reference, William!

And then there’s his work for Don Quixote and The Raven, just to name a couple of others. Really inspiring....

I love hideous depths.

As well as the art of Gustave Doré.
