Here in Holland we have an (yummy chocolate) advertising,it goes like this: " Have guts to go nuts"!! (it is of course, chock with nuts indeed)! No nuts no glory! And,I love your story written above too,I can easily imagine my self in the back ground, next to distinguish Russian gentleman, painting my frying pan all over with elves as a lovely assistance, and you singing even more loveliest tune aside of all of it!! Have a wonderful day,I have migraine attack now for 2 days and the weather is changing all the time,it is like we all live in a huge aquarium, darn fog!Feel like a darn frog! Kind regards form another nutsy, :O) Aleksandra
I agree with you William, we nuts are the lucky ones.
My eldest son Chris said awhile ago to a friend (who's mom is also an artist): we have nutty moms, they're a bit strange but they can't help it, their artists. Haha.
Ah, that is absolutely priceless. Best of all, since Chris understands, that means he’s a nut too. And a good artist — we already know that from your recent blog post....

Wow! Imagine seeing this mighty overgrown nut looming over your head deep in the Black Forest! Sheer delight! (or maybe fright?)
Well, either way, the a-corny joke is on me....
May I just smile? :O)
Yes, that will make me a happy nut!
think about the future frightens me...i think i'm a nut forever maybe
We have a pin oak in our back yard. I shall look upon it and think of you.
And when it's time to uproot all the little saplings that sprout from the spilled acorns, I too shall think of you.
Thanks, William.
Laura, I feel the way you do. I like being a nut. I think we are the lucky ones....
Elisabeth, I must say, it’s strangely comforting knowing that you’ll be thinking of me in that context.
Thank you both!

A frog in the fog
eating chocolate and nuts —
an old Russian song
Take care of yourself, Aleksandra, and I hope you feel better soon.

So, we can't help it being (happy) nuts.
