Recently my wife suggested I make a canvas with a black background, so I said I would try. This is the result. The canvas itself measures eight by ten inches. I have it on the wall near two old photos of my grandfather, one taken when he was twelve, the other when he was in his twenties. His name is Haroutiun, which in Armenian means resurrection.

I’d like to take a picture of them together, but the reflection from the glass on his two photos makes it difficult.

That one's a real trip. At first I thought it was a cat crossed with a crucifix! Mine eyes are blurry. A really cool job of work, this, William - loved it, and thanks for sharing it.
