Poetry, notes, and drawings by William Michaelian
Will,i have been waiting for the rain for quite some time now...the summers are quite brutal here ...its like standing on the platform...and waiting for the sympathetic illumination at the end of the tunnel..knowing the world could be aglow...but the colors of all possible consequences are dark....beautiful lines...butterflying towards the end...
Thank you, Manik. I understand. I spent the first thirty-one years of my life in the hot climate of Central California. I know what it is to sweat, and sweat, and sweat. Annual rainfall there was about eleven inches. Here, since October, we’ve had at least forty inches. We’ve lived here for twenty-four years, and I’m still not tired of the rain. I love it drop by drop by drop.
:-) nice for me to read this William thank you
