Oh i love this: old books. The photos looks good to me William. Lovely cover this book has and wonderful picture in it. Great that theres something written in it as well. An echo from the past. That always trigger me to dream and fantasize about the writer. You also?
I don't know. That first picture looks pretty darn crisp to me. Maybe next time you do a thrift store run, you can find an inexpensive tripod which would be pretty handy for what you need to accomplish. Gives you an extra edge and keeps your hands free for staging and holding the subject in place. The inscription is so endearing!
Come to think of it, Stickup Artist, I’ve seen tripods before at Goodwill. But anymore, this place is so full of books I don’t know where I’d set it up — maybe in the neighbor’s house across the street!

Sweet greetz!
Greetings, Momo Luna. Yes, you know I do....
You always find the best stuff. Here in my town...the closest I come to anything literary is Barnes and Noble *sigh*
In that case, Annie, try eBay. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Hear, hear--is this nymph opposite the frontispiece listening to the consciousness of the world through a conch's shell?

Or, Vassilis, maybe she’s thinking, “Drat! This thing needs charging again!”
