a door I've yet to open

these days I've pretty-much
stopped reading ... everything
now seems so academic/researchy

last three books I've (tried to 'get into'
I've abandoned early in ..

time to pick-up some Cervantes:

I tend towards dreaming the dream that I need.

want is to read some of his other than that
"everybody reads" one.... or saw the movie .

The sweat and pleasure of the old writers is both wound and balm. Those boys and girls knew what they were doing and were alive in the process. Time’s too short to waste on the current phase of shallow self-absorption.
