Poetry, notes, and drawings by William Michaelian
This is beautiful, William. I've seen so many "petals" fall around me but thankfully there are many young buds ready to flower as long as they have strong support~
And so it goes, Jan, and so we go. Many thanks, dear friend.
Inside FlowersInside flowers, outside coldrain and icy, killing early buds, but here, inside, still warmwith flowers on the table, still Spring and young.Inside flowers pollen growsfor honeybees and butterflies.Inside skulls still warm and sunny, with flowers on the tablenothing ever dies.Sweet scents fruit the breeze, nectar flows for hummingbirds, colors for the eye. Still warm, flowers on the table, inside peopleoutside old.Copyright 2008 - HARDWOOD: 77 Poems, Gary B. Fitzgerald
